Mission

Newrest Hellas, part of the international Newrest Group, a global leader in catering and hospitality services operating in more than 50 countries, is launching the Graduate Program 2025 – Future Leaders Edition.

We are looking for recent graduates or final-year students who are proactive, organized, and eager to take their first professional step in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

This paid, full-time program aims to train future supervisors and team leaders, combining hands-on experience, active participation in operational projects, and continuous learning through mentoring and coaching by experienced professionals.

As a Graduate Trainee, you will:

  • Work closely with our teams and support daily operations.
  •  Participate in internal projects focused on process improvement and efficiency.
  • Learn the fundamentals of team and project management.
  • Use Excel and data tools to collect, organize, and analyze information.
  • Gain real exposure to how an international organization operates across departments.

Profile

  • University degree (or final-year student)
  • Interest in team and project management 
  •  Good knowledge of Excel and data organization
  •  Fluent English (required)
  •  Proactive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
