Newrest Hellas, part of the global Newrest Group, is looking for a Cook experienced in Arabic and Middle Eastern cuisine to join our culinary production team in Spata, near the Athens International Airport.

This position offers the opportunity to work in an international and multicultural environment, preparing authentic dishes that reflect the rich traditions of Middle Eastern gastronomy while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and consistency.

• Prepare and cook Arabic and Middle Eastern dishes following company recipes and production guidelines.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food quality standards (HACCP).

• Follow instructions from kitchen supervisors and collaborate closely with other production team members.

• Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation across all prepared dishes.

• Support the daily operations of the catering production kitchen.

Requirements:

• Graduate of a culinary school or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum 5 years of experience specializing in Arabic or Middle Eastern cuisine (restaurants, catering, or large kitchens).

• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).

• Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Greek will be considered an asset).

• Responsible, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

• Previous experience in catering services, airline catering, or hotel kitchens will be highly valued.
