Mission
We are looking for an HR Manager who thrives in a hands-on, high-volume environment and acts as a true HR Business Partner to site leadership. This is not your typical “sit behind a desk” HR job. You’ll be the go-to HR partner for approximately 300 employees—supporting, advising, and guiding leaders and staff across a 24/7 operation. While this role has no direct reports, you’ll oversee the full scope of HR functions on-site, including employee relations, talent management, compliance, engagement, and policy implementation. You’ll also play a consultative role with department leaders—helping align people strategies with operational goals, identifying workforce trends, and ensuring the right talent is in the right roles to keep the operation running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to site and department leaders, offering insight and solutions to drive performance, engagement, and retention.
- Partner with managers and supervisors to support employees at all levels.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and labor compliance.
- Lead recruitment efforts and onboarding for a variety of operational roles.
- Support training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle investigations and ensure workplace policies are understood and followed.
- Collaborate with corporate HR on larger strategic initiatives while owning site-level execution.
- Maintain a visible, approachable presence on the production floor and in all operational areas.
