Mission
The purpose of the Flight Auditor is to validate the correct flight building per customer's specifications.
Responsibilities- Responsible for supervising and checking all flight production requirements are fulfilled per specifications.
- Ensure correct number of meals/beverages/kits/provisioned equipment for each flight are ready, packed and assigned correctly according to all customer specifications & provisioning.
- Check aircraft modules and meals to ensure all are adhering to Newrest high quality standards
- Assist in operational production when necessary to help them complete flights on time, helping by providing efficient & diligent last-minute help (setting up trays, preparing and packaging food, put the final touch to meet on-time delivery)
- Conduct physical counts and pack additional equipment or products as needed.
- Assist in inventory as needed of working stock and required product for production.
- Comply with all safety rules and company standards
- Check conformity and quantity of modules, carriers, & airline equipment to be delivered before loading
- Communicate any discrepancies to Supervisor/manager and other team members
- Complete all required Final Checker documents & provide appropriate labelling, controls etc.
- Maintain clean working area, maintain clean loading docks, maintain clean equipment following rules
- Perform other duties as assigned
Profile
Qualifications
- Ability to read in English, write in English, speak in English
- Good knowledge of HACCP (training will be provided otherwise)
- Ability to handle pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends (depending on assigned shift)Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand for long periods & to work in cold rooms for extended periods (below 50°F - 10°C)
- Attendance, due diligence, punctuality, reliability
