Mission

 • Manage transactions with customers using cash registers 

 • Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate 

 • Collect payments whether in cash or credit 

 • Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets 

 • Redeem stamps and coupons 

 • Cross-sell products and introduce new ones 

 • Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information 

 • Greet customers when entering or leaving the store 

 • Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas 

 • Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies 

 • Bag, box or gift-wrap packages 

 • Handle merchandise returns and exchanges 

 • To motivate staff to maintain all safe procedures to achieve QHSE Targets and objectives. 

 • Follow the HSE Policy and meet the requirements of the organization’s Management System, which is         compliant to international standards for Quality, Food Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, and     Environmental Management System. 

 • To report all accidents, incidents, and near-misses observed17

Profile

A reliable and customer-focused Cashier with strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills. Responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently while providing a positive customer experience. Operating point-of-sale (POS) systems. Maintains a clean and organized workspace and assists with merchandising and stock replenishment as needed.
