Mission

We are seeking an ERP Systems Lead who will be responsible for leading the ERP department in Atlanta.  This person will be the primary point of contact for all managers and the one responsible for ensuring the data and processes in the ERP are set up correctly and up-to-date.  This individual will have one person reporting to them and will be responsible for their work.  This role is ideal for a tech-savvy problem solver who excels at software configuration, data management, and process improvement. This is also a great opportunity for someone who wants to own and optimize an entire software system, rather than just working on a small piece of a program. If you enjoy troubleshooting, streamlining digital workflows, and ensuring software is used to its full potential, we’d love to hear from you!  This is a full-time, on-site position.  There is no option for hybrid or remote work.

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure the data sheets in the system are accurate and up-to-date
  • Troubleshoot system issues and work with team to optimize software usage
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement software-based solutions to improve tracking and reporting
  • Troubleshoot system issues and work with teams to optimize software usage
  • Train users and provide ongoing support to ensure adoption and efficiency
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure data sheets and recipes are accurate and followed per the instructions

Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in business systems, IT, computer science, or other related field preferred
  • 1-5 years’ experience in managing ERP systems
  • Basic Power BI knowledge
  • Basic query knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Good communication skills with ability to communicate with non-exempt to upper management levels
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and operational processes
  • Strong ability with Excel
  • Excellent organizational and motivational skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
  • Strong analytical skills for interpretation of data to effectively manage risk
