Mission

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monthly Sales Forecast: Maintain up-to-date monthly sales forecasts for each restaurant.

  • Sales Follow-Up: Follow up on sales data from area managers and the sales team, reporting findings to the OM.

  • Food Cost Analysis:
  1. Analyze and compare food costs against area manager.
  2. Reports and also developing COS Matrix (food cost analysis for new projects), including sales, cost, operating expenses (OPEX), and unit profit.
  3. Food Cost Monitoring: Monitor and review food cost consumption based on purchases and inventory closings, identifying discrepancies or errors.
  4. Cost Transfers and allocations: Cross checking documentation for cost transfers and allocations between sites.
  5. Project Meetings: Participate in weekly project meetings and discussions to ensure project expenditures are within budget and to address cost-related issues.
  6. Invoice Listing: Compile detailed invoice listings for area managers to review during report closing deadlines.
  7. Inventory Management: Perform inventory spot checks and investigate issues across all sites.
  8. Year-End Inventory Closing: Assist the finance team with year-end inventory closing procedures.
  9. Invoice and Supplier Statement Review: Review and reconcile missing bills against supplier statements and coordination discrepancy of expense’s invoices between operation, purchasing and finance.
  10. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Coordination: Coordinate the company’s CSR reports, particularly related to food wastage, and follow up on feedback from each site.
  11. Contract review assistance: assist the OM, area manager reviewing contracts, vouchers and others event food cost arrangement.
  12. Monitoring: verify sales, costs and monitoring of all snack product.
  13. Concept design: develop new menu and promotion for gathering more sales.
  14. Market visits: Quarterly market checks to find products and list available new products to sites with forecasting stock to order.

WINREST:

  • System Implementation: Develop guidelines and procedures for all users and their duties. Responsible on training to the staff in term of implementation of the new features on Winrest system and Winrest mobile.
  • System Setup Assistance: Responsible for new project set-up and system flow development. Collaborate with the Business Development Manager, area managers, finance teams, and purchasing to set up new systems, including Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Problematic assistance: Coordinate the internal team to deal with the problem that the user faces during the implementation of the system and liaise with HQ for bug fixes.
  • System Setup Assistance: Coordination of the construction between Winrest and CEGID and the handling of the problem between these two systems as soon as the problem occurs.

Profile

  • Education level: BA/MBA related skills a must
  • Having at least 3 years minimum
  • Demonstrated experience in the F&B or Hospitality sector is a plus.
  • Tools: Microsoft Pack Office, excel and system.
  • Must be Cambodian, Fluent in KHMER (written and spoken).
  • Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken), Chinese and French languge is a plus.
  • Leadership skills and working as a group.
  • Working location: Techo International Airport.
