Mission

  • Develop and maintain clinical diet nutrition protocols, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor diet progress and provide diet nutritional counseling to ensure health outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized nutrition plans for patients.
  • Educate production staff on diet nutrition-related topics.
  • Monitor compliance with nutrition-related standards and regulations.
  • Analyze required data to develop effective nutrition plans.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of diet plans and make necessary adjustments.
  • Participate in food services in the clinical setting, including ordering and purchasing food supplies.
  • Ensure quality control and sanitation standards in the clinical kitchen.
  • Maintain accurate diet records and document all nutrition-related activities.
  • Participate in continuous diet quality improvement initiatives
