Role Overview

As part of the Data Cleaning & Analysis team, you will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Your work will support key business functions, including financial reconciliation, operational efficiency, inventory management, and data migration.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and clean data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Remove duplicate or irrelevant data from datasets.
• Identify and report data errors.
• Investigate missing data and determine root causes.
• Ensure master data integrity in key systems, particularly before data migration.
• Responsible to update/maintain reports.
• Follow company policies and procedures while handling data.
• Communicate progress, escalate issues, and suggest improvements when necessary.

Profile:

• Familiarity with internal and external data systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerBI, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently under time pressure.
• Understanding of company procedures and data management systems.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Suitable for early-career professionals, medior-level candidates, or working students.
