Mission
To monitor, maintain and provide a high level of technical assistance to Newrest Ghana employees and the Unit's IT systems. To also support the Unit's IT system users through face-to-face or remote assistance. The perimeter of actions includes computers, in-sourced softwares, network, and server issues. To provide support on IT queries and resolve issues surrounding servers.

Profile
- Minimum of a First Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Information Systems (IT)
- Appropriate experience in Information Technology (IT) and Information Systems (IS).
- Competency in Microsoft Office with excellent Excel skills.
- Knowledge of installation/configuration of Windows Operating Systems, Server Administration, Active directory management and mobile devices (Smartphones and tablets).
- Ability to manage network devices (switches).
- Appreciable knowledge of LAN/WAN. TCP/IP, VLAN, switching, routing, Office 365 Suite, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams and troubleshooting, virtualization (Hyper-V)
- Knowledge of IT Security.
- Implement IT standards, policies, and procedures across business systems.
- Train users on new software releases and system functionalities.
