Mission

  • Prepare, cook and serve all food in accordance with the best practices.
  • Shall maintain the highest levels of nutrition, natural flavour and freshness in the food as well as producing attractive and appetizing meals.

Profile

  • At least five (3) years in a similar position in a hotel or oil field location.
  • Good knowledge of European and Asian food.
  • Must speak fluent English.
  • Culinary arts diploma or equivalent
