Mission

  • Organize kitchen work to ensure safe and efficient operation
  • Responsible for all aspect of food security and hygiene in relation to the service
  • Direct cooking activities
  • Participate in menu planning in addition to normal cooking duties.

Profile

  • At least five (5) years in similar position in a hotel or oil field location. 
  • Good knowledge of European and Asian food. Must speak fluent English.
  • Culinary arts diploma or equivalent experience
