• Ensure the accurate and efficient transmission of information regarding production programs and flight schedules to relevant departments using dedicated computer software.
• Input all necessary data into the system upon receiving client orders (via email, fax, etc.) while adhering to the specific contractual procedures of each customer.
• Confirm flight schedules for the following day (D-1) and make necessary adjustments for the day of operations (D-Day).
• Maintain strong business relationships with airline clients, ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency.
• Review and verify delivery notes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure proper maintenance of dispatch equipment and premises.
• Adhere to and enforce all company safety rules and regulations.
• Implement and oversee procedures for cleaning vehicles, premises, and the surrounding work areas.

• Lives in or around Frankfurt Germany

• A degree in aviation or logistics is a plus.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in aviation or catering logistics.

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in computer tools and software related to dispatch operations.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
