We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team-leader Warehouse to join our dynamic team. As a Team-leader Warehouse, you will play a crucial role in managing our warehouse and ensuring all operations run efficiently and effectively.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Motivate: Coach and inspire your team of warehouse staff to deliver excellent performance and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, customs documentation, storage, and shipment of goods. Ensure accurate inventory records and timely replenishment.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Reporting: Report to the Warehouse Manager on operational performance, inventory levels, and any issues or bottlenecks.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and legal requirements. Support the team in following company procedures and quality standards.


Profile

Who are we looking for:

  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role within a warehouse environment.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills in English and Dutch with a proven ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • Organization: Excellent organizational skills and experience with inventory management and logistics processes.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities effectively.
  • Education: A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
  • Starting date: Available immediately

  • Salary in scale 5 CAO inflight catering depends on experience
  • irregularity allowance
  • 25 vacation days and 13 ATV days
  • Holiday allowance 8% and End Year Bonus 8,33%
  • Travel allowance 0,21 cent (max 80km per day)
