Mission
Newrest is looking to strengthen its QHSE department with a Group QHSE Manager M/W for the Group's headquarters, with a strong appetite for the field.
Reporting to the Group QHSE Director, you will carry out matrix assignments for our Group subsidiaries.
A true incubator, the HQ QHSE Department is made up of Group QHSE Managers who travel to subsidiaries in a highly responsive manner, in order to guarantee our quality processes, with a focus on the “food safety” aspect.
You will be responsible for the following tasks.
Audit the QHSE procedures and systems of the Group's subsidiaries:
- Ensure compliance with HACCP standards, the HSE system and QMS requirements.
- Update all information material and ensure that all updates are communicated effectively to all subsidiaries.
- Monitor subsidiaries' monthly reporting of key QHSE indicators, and assess achievement of set targets
- Monitor action plans implemented following audits
- Ensure training of local teams
Ensure matrix relations with zones and countries (including local QHSE Managers, Country Managers and Operations Managers):
- Participate in the recruitment of QHSE Managers in conjunction with the Human Resources department.
- Organization of an annual seminar to disseminate the Group's QHSE strategy.
- Improving, structuring and supplementing upstream commercial offers (remote, inflight, rail) for the QHSE part.
- Food crisis
- Intoxication and other related issues
Finally:
- Support and manage future certifications (ISO, OHSAS and other international standards)
- Consolidate all current certifications

Profile
- Master's degree in QHSE or engineering specialize in the agri-food industries
- At least 5 years' experience in the field
- Experience in team and project management
- Perfect command of ISO 9'001, 14'001, 22'000 and 45'001 standards (minimum lead auditor on one of the standards)
- Fluent Spanish MANDATORY
- Mobile in France and abroad (50% travel in LATAM)
- Excellent knowledge of Pack Office
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Autonomy, flexibility, rigor
- Ability to take a step back and prioritize issues
