We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ordering Employee to join our team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to significantly impact our procurement operations and inventory management strategies, particularly in our food and packaging sectors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with procurement and production teams to identify and forecast raw material requirements.

  • Manage procurement processes by placing and overseeing orders with local and international suppliers using the company’s ERP system.

  • Analyze passenger data in collaboration with the production department to accurately determine procurement quantities.

  • Maintain regular communication with international suppliers, including handling and tracking credit notes.

  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels, cost control, and effective waste management.

  • Resolve procurement-related issues proactively, including supplier shortages, delayed deliveries, and alternative sourcing.

Profile

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Finance, or related field.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

  • Experience with ERP systems is a significant plus.

  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective teamwork.
