Responsible to ensure operational tasks in the attributed department under the 

supervision of the department Team Leader

According to the department assigned, different tasks the general is responsible to:

• Accomplish any operational task in relation to the department that is 

attributed by the Team Leader of Manager

• Observe all safety and security rules and procedures.

• Follows company policies and rules 

• Respect code of conduct

• Contributes to the sustainability of the department by bringing up to the 

Team Leader/Manager any safety, security, quality or maintenance issue that 

can be observed within the department

• Ensure that all equipment and materials are not left in a dangerous state.

• Ensure all QHSE rules & procedures are followed, and hazards/near miss and 

accidents are properly reported.

• Any other reasonable task that may be required by managemen

• Ability to follow job and safety instructions

•  Able to work towards productivity targets

•  Stress-resilient

•  Ability to use a tablet 

• English and/or Norwegian

• Motivated
