This one-year, paid training program is designed to give you real responsibilities, hands-on experience, and a fast track toward leadership roles in a truly international company. Based at Athens International Airport (Eleftherios Venizelos), you’ll work closely with experienced managers, participate in impactful projects, and gain exposure to global standards.

Program Tracks – Choose Your Path:1. Production Department

Supervise daily food production processes.

Work across hot kitchen, cold kitchen, and bakery.

Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality compliance

Oversee catering logistics and on-time airline deliveries.

Manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Analyze performance data and implement improvements.

Strengthen leadership skills through team management.

Manage and optimize inventory and catering equipment.

Ensure efficient distribution of materials to operations.

Develop cost-effective inventory management strategies.
Profile
We are seeking motivated graduates who are ready to take on challenges and grow within our company.

Education:

Food Technology degree (mandatory for Production track).

Graduates in Hospitality, Business Administration, Logistics, or Engineering (for other tracks).

Experience: 0–2 years of professional experience (recent graduates welcome).

Languages: Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
