Mission
Client Relationship Management
- Assist in managing client relationships, ensuring service delivery aligns with contractual terms.
- Help with distributing essential documents (manuals, specifications, schedules) across departments, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Quality Control and Service Assurance
- Monitor service delivery for accuracy, addressing any deviations to ensure operational activities meet client specifications.
- Communicate promptly with clients regarding any delivery discrepancies, stock shortages, or changes in specifications.
Data Management
- Build and update datasheets and service records in Winrest, ensuring client requirements are implemented accurately.
- Collect and prepare data for monthly quality and performance reports to ensure client satisfaction and transparency.
Cross-Departmental Coordination
- Work with the QHSE department on quality control measures, including chef tables, food tests, and adherence to client standards.
- Coordinate with departments on flight schedule distribution, inventory reporting, and usage of client-specified products.
Reporting and Follow-ups
- Support in preparing weekly sales reports and monthly quality reports, providing critical updates to the Unit Manager.
- Participate in internal and client-facing meetings to discuss performance, share insights, and ensure a high standard of service.
Client Feedback and Issue Resolution
- Actively follow up on client complaints and collaborate with the Sales Director to ensure concerns are resolved.
Market Analysis
- Gather and relay information on local market trends, operational updates, and service adjustments to the Unit Manager.
Profile
Qualifications & Skills
- Payment: Unpaid Internship, Paid based on the performance
- Location: Preferably located near Frankfurt
- Education: Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills; familiarity with MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and dedicated to learning.
