Mission

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Help maintain employee records and update the HR database.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in organizing employee training programs and performance reviews.
  • Contribute to HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives.
  • Learn about HR compliance and assist in the preparation of documentation.

Profile

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English; German is a plus.
