We are looking to hire a Flight Supervisor.

Main responsabilities : 

  • Oversee all food catering services for international flights, ensuring timely and professional handling.
  • Supervise the preparation, packaging, and loading of food items into aircraft trolleys.
  • Go to the runway to liaise with cabin crew, ensuring all delivered products meet high-quality standards.
  • Inspect, label, and seal trolleys according to airport safety regulations.
  • Ensure the correct number of meals is packed for each flight, based on customer specifications and client instruction booklets.
  • Collaborate with dispatchers to resolve last-minute changes or issues.
  • Assist in assembly line operations as needed to meet tight deadlines, which may include tray setup, food preparation, and packaging.
  • Communicate any operational issues or difficulties to management promptly.
  • Complete required security documentation and ensure all items are correctly labeled.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards, including wearing uniforms and safety gear while on duty.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality are critical.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Profile

  • Location: Must be located in Frankfurt or near by
  • Education: High School Diploma required.
  • Licensing: Valid Driver's License required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, airport operations, or customer service preferred.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attributes: Flexibility in adapting to constantly changing schedules, strong attention to detail, and reliability.
  • Work Environment: Willingness to work early shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
