Mission

  • Liaises with customer service department to ensure that all airline orders are brought in time.
  • Ensures that menu specification are adhered to on daily basis as per customer’s requirements, any deviations to be reported immediately to Bakery Supervisor for rectification.
  • Ensures that HACCP safety procedures are followed at all times. 
  • Ensures that all opening and closing procedures are adhered to at all times in the section.
  • Ensures that all food items are color coded appropriately.
  • Ensures that he/she handles any emergencies as they may arise in other sections i.e cold, hot and also from projects.
  • Ensures that food items produced are of good quality at all times.

Profile

  • Previous experience with catering / hospitality industry minimum of 2 years. 
  • Previous experience with the airline industry.
  • Experience with menu designing.
  • Knowledge and understanding of catering and food supplies.
  • Able to work independently, yet excellent team player.
  • Good communicator.
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Results oriented.
  • Customer oriented.
  • Mature, professional attitude and personality.
  • Committed and loyal to the company.
    Honest, integrity reliable.
  • Open to suggestions, able and willing to adapt or learn.
