Mission
You will carry out all tasks related to the management of the on-boarding unit (supervision of operations, financial management, customer relations, team animation) and in particular
- Ensure the quality level of the services offered by Newrest to its customers and ensure the fulfilment of Newrest's commitments to its customers
- Optimise financial targets
- Implement the Group strategy to achieve sales growth in line with the development of the objectives set
- Manage the unit's continuous improvement process
- Identify non-value-added activities that need to be reduced, carry out audits of working methods and procedures, recognise problems, outline the most problematic and promote the implementation of corrective actions
- Ensuring the quality of relations with all authorities, service providers, internal and external contacts of the unit
- Ensure that production, organisation, verification of figures and forecasts run smoothly
- Optimising personnel management and maintaining productivity indicators in line with Group standards
- Maintaining a good social climate and compliance with agreements and applicable regulations
- Ensuring the good image of the company (equipment, condition of lorries, buildings, etc.)
- Ensuring the application of Group procedures and standards (sales, operations, finance, purchasing, QHSE)
Profile
An operational profile with at least 5 years' experience, preferably in in-flight catering
- Must be Located near munich(As the production site is 85445 Oberding)
- Proven skills in: Operational management, cost management, QHSE and Basic HR
- Commercial awareness
- Charisma and leadership skills in managing local teams
- Hands-on personality
- English fluent, German sufficient
- Very good IT skills
