Mission
- Prepare and assemble food and non-food services according to technical sheets and gold standards (portion, weight, presentation).
- Ensure the sanitary quality of products used and services provided.
- Label all products and services accordingly.
- Properly store products and services, adhering to FIFO (First In, First Out) guidelines.
- Respect deadlines related to flight schedules and product traceability.
- Maintain accurate documentation for product traceability.
- Assist with continuous process improvement and report all information received from your supervisors.
- Participate in team activities, helping to replace colleagues when needed.
- Assist in the training of new temporary or permanent employees.
- Report any anomalies to your line manager.
- Collaborate with coworkers to maintain a cohesive team.
Security/Safety/Hygiene
- Comply with hygiene standards (e.g., no jewelry or makeup).
- Properly store, cover, and date all food in appropriate containers.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of your workstation.
- Record checks in a reliable and valid manner.
- Follow all safety and security procedures.
- Optimize working methods for better production management.
- Comply with company policies and protect company materials and customer products.
Profile
- Must be living in Frankfurt or near by
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to work in cold storage rooms for extended periods (below -10°C / 50°F).
- Basic English knowledge.
- Knowledge of HACCP is an advantage (training provided).
- Attendance, punctuality, reliability, and diligence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work early shifts and weekends as assigned.
