You will work on various topics such as processes, tools, food safety, and ISO certifications. Your perseverance, commitment, and expertise will lead you to positions such as Quality Manager.

MISSIONS :

• Implement, maintain, and develop a QHSE management system in compliance with Group standards and client contractual requirements
• Adapt and deploy Group QHSE procedures across one or multiple sites
• Train local staff on QHSE standards and practices
• Ensure proper implementation of processes, procedures, and documentation
• Raise awareness among employees regarding client, regulatory, and legal requirements
• Monitor compliance with QHSE rules and standards
• Act as the main point of contact with government authorities, certification bodies, and quality-related service providers
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards requirements
• Monitor controls and key performance indicators related to QHSE systems
• Manage internal and external prevention plans and action plans
• Contribute to the development of food safety management plans and risk assessment documents (EVRP)

• Degree from a Food Production, Quality or related field 
• Proficiency in standard office tools (Word, PowerPoint) with strong knowledge of Excel
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment
• Strong respect for procedures and standards
• Ability to adapt in a multicultural environment
• English is required; French are considered assets for career growth within the Group
