GENERAL JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE

·       Implement supply chain and procurement strategy and policies

·       Make sure that the production teams adhere to our standards in term of health safety, food safety and HACCP

·       Follow closely KPIs and monitor the operations on daily basis

·       Be a key player in the relationship with our suppliers

·       Be proactive in setting up action plans to improve our operations and services

·       Manage the teams and guarantee constant reporting

·       Supervise the human resources, planning, vacations schedules, timesheets

·       Control storage organization on sites

·       Make sure of the correct use of Winrest by your teams

·       Follow the Group guidelines in term of implementation of innovation solutions, where applicable

·       Make sure the golden rules of the Group are followed (Inventory control, expense claims…)

·       Ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented

·      Participate actively in the training of the teams.

·      Conduct research to identify the best products and suppliers based on value, delivery schedules, and quality.

·      Manage the logistics teams (Onshore bases) 

·      Ensure that purchase order receipts are completed within designated timeframes.

·      Oversee the bidding process and make recommendations based on technical considerations.

·      Provide a professional and comprehensive inventory management system for the company.
