Mission
JOB PURPOSE:
The Assistance Operation Manager oversees the daily running of the operation for the actives of Newrest Kas. Reporting & control all the procedures in the operation like customer service, quality of the production, Hygiene & cleaning, maintenance & general administration are completed in place according to company policy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Fully support with the new project AIRPORT TIA/NKAS
- Responsible & solving for the daily running of the operation all sites
- Be the main interlocutor between Operations, supervisor & operation manager, and all support business of retail.
- Supervising all operations teams all restaurant in airport.
- upervise Conduct reviewing and upgrading all policy on operation, quality of service and food, constantly review and have in place control systems for cost control management of all budgets for the operations department.
- Ensure the cost effective, monitoring efficiency and waste through metrics
- Follow company guidelines for ordering, inventory and budget management, food cost and work closely with chef to create new products.
- Check & follow QHSE rules such as: Hygiene, cleanness & tiding standards and oversee corrective actions.
- Check maintenance & equipment (follow up shop manager, supervisor).
- Relationship & keep contact with others department such HR department to solve all concern problems related to staff.
- Report to OM daily basic
- Oversee both front and back of house operations, operation of full airport.
- Develop strategies for improving our staff, and operation smothly.
- Work with staff to project future needs for kitchen supplies, goods, and cleaning products.
- Identify methods our restaurant can use to cut waste, decrease costs, and improve profits.
- Provide training to staff.
- Other duties as and when assigned by OM
Profile
- Previous Experience, operation executive in F&B Industrial environment 5 years minimum.
- MUST be CAMBODIAN.
- Experiences in using Stock Management IT system.
- Adaptability and desire to grow and to continue to learn in an International Group.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Good communication skill
- Cashier spot check and observation
- Problem solving for customer complaint
- Time skills and timeline frame.
- Knowledge of Quality management system, HACCP is an asset.
- Working location: TECHO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.
