Mission

  • Have to atleast two years of Experience in Germany (more on labour law)

  • Support the HR team in daily administrative and operational HR tasks.

  • Assist in the recruitment process: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and preparing onboarding materials.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases in compliance with data protection regulations.

  • Help manage time tracking and attendance using our HR software.

  • Prepare standard HR documents such as contracts, confirmation letters, and termination letters.

  • Support payroll processes by collecting relevant employee data and documentation.

  • Act as a point of contact for basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.

  • Assist in organizing employee training and development sessions.

  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of all personnel-related paperwork.

Profile

  • Degree or vocational training in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • First experience in an HR department through internship, apprenticeship, or entry-level role is a plus.

  • High attention to detail, good organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HR software is an advantage.

  • Discreet, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Fluent in German (spoken and written); basic English required.

  • Must be based in or near Kelsterbach or willing to relocate.
